Peter Rouleau is a longtime resident of Montgomery County. He holds a BA in Communications from Salisbury University and an MS in Professional Writing from Towson University. For over five years, he was a reporter on local politics and culture for the Montgomery County Sentinel newspaper. He is active in local community theater as an actor and director. His first book is the acclaimed fiction collection “Masquerade Ball.”
